libc 의 mktime 과 kernel 에 있는 mktime 함수가 다른가요?

user daemon 에서 mktime() 값으로 나온 time_t 값하고

kernel time.h 에 있는 mktime(yy,mo,dd,hh,mm,ss) 하고 다른건가요?

두개가 동일한 날짜를 넣어도 반환되는 time_t 값에 차이가 있네요. ㅠㅠ

어떤건 localtime 이 적용되고 어떤건 안되고 그런건가요?

조언해 주시면 감사하겠습니다.

커널에 있는 mktime() 함수는 일광시간을 지정하는 파라미터가 없네요.

mktime(struct tm *tm)에서 date/time 지정할 때 tm.tm_isdst 값을 1 (daylight time enable) 또는 0(daylight time disable)으로 바꿔보세요.
